Patrick Mekari – Baltimore Ravens

Patrick Mekari is entering the third season of his NFL career with the Baltimore Ravens.

In 2019, became the team’s starting center and started five games after Matt Skura injured his knee. In 2020, played right guard, center, and right tackle for Baltimore and started eight games.

In the team’s initial depth chart, he found himself as the team’s second-string left guard behind Ben Powers. With the additions of Kevin Zeitler and Ben Cleveland, Mekari may find it even tougher to see time on the field with the Ravens.

If there is a situation where he could become available via trade, the Giants would be foolish not to inquire about Mekari. He would be a versatile chess piece that can play multiple positions on the offensive line. He could easily start at either guard position or become the first guy the Giants go to if there’s an injury.
