11. Carolina Panthers

The Panthers finished with a 5-11 record and third place in their division last season.

The last time the Panthers and NY Giants met was in 2018 when the final score was 33-31 with a Graham Gano kick for the win for Carolina. Now, Gano is on the other side of this matchup.

The NY Giants have improved tremendously since then and three years later, Gano is on the Giants’ and is one of their best players.

Carolina traded for quarterback Sam Darnold this off season but no longer have star wide receiver Curtis Samuel who is now with the Washington Football Team. Star running back Christian McCaffrey will be back on the field this season which is a plus for Carolina since they lost him early on last year due to an injury.

The game this year will be at MetLife, so New York has a home field advantage. It’s going to be the second-year coaching for both head coaches Joe Judge and Matt Rhule.
