GMEN HQ: Question #2: What are Billy’s strengths and weaknesses?

Stripe Hype:

Price went in the first round for a reason. While at Ohio State, he showed that he was a tremendous run blocker, paving the way for the talented Buckeyes running backs. The issue with Price in Cincinnati was that the guy was always banged up in some capacity and it showed whenever he’d tried to play through those injuries.

GMEN HQ:

Billy Price’s reputation is built off his road grading and run blocking ability.

Price isn’t as great a pass blocker, but his injuries and lack of playing time may have a lot to do with that. A lack of snaps, experience, and health are key factors in the development of a young lineman’s progression and development in the NFL over a three-year span.
