NY Giants star running back Saquon Barkley will play Thursday night against the Washington Football Team, after being listed as questionable all week

Saquon Barkley will be in the lineup for the NY Giants on Thursday night against the Washington Football Team.

Barkley, who made his return in Week 1, with just 10 carries for 26 yards, admitted some trepidation about having to play two games in four days following Sunday’s Giants loss to the Denver Broncos. But, after being listed as questionable ahead of Thursday night’s game, will be in the lineup.

Sunday was Barkley’s first appearance, since tearing his ACL in Week 2 of the 2020 season, against the Chicago Bears. The NY Giants’ star will look to continue his strong play throughout his career against Washington.

In three games against Washington, Barkley has averaged 132.3 rushing yards per game and rushed for a pair of touchdowns.
