Easton, 29, hasn’t played a down this season, but could be a serviceable option to add to the Billy Price, Ben Bredeson rotation of guards as the NY Giants aim to find the right combination of interior linemen.

In 2020, Easton allowed four sacks and 18 pressures, with the New Orleans Saints. Pro Football Focus gave Easton a 59.5 overall grade and a 62.5 run-blocking mark last season.

Injuries have taken their toll on Easton, who at one point signed a $24 million contract with the Saints, but if he is healthy and can pass a physical, he’s one of the more experienced options available on the open market.

Given his experience, size, and versatility, Easton could be a name to watch for the NY Giants.
