3 reasons NY Giants signing Isaiah Wilson is a smart move

Relationships

Playing at the University of Georgia he manned the right side opposite Andrew Thomas at left tackle.

In practice he was tasked with stopping Lorenzo Carter and Azeez Ojulari, both as we know now the rush the passer for the NY Giants.  His offensive line coach now is Rob Sale, who was on the staff at Georgia that had Wilson pegged as a hopeful prospect while he was still a junior at Poly Prep.

Wilson did not have character issues at Georgia and is now back with several people he knows and trusts.
