3 reasons NY Giants signing Isaiah Wilson is a smart move

Low risk/High reward

If you have watched the NY Giants offensive line in the past almost decade you know it has been in constant rebuild mode.

The injuries this year to captain Nick Gates, Shane Lemieux, and Ben Bredeson have only complicated matters.  Why not give a first pick a chance to prove himself?

The NY Giants are not the “moral” police like they claim they are.  If Wilson hits everyone will scream that it was a great move, if he misses then it is I told you so, he was a “culture issue”. This is 22 year man who yes made some bad choices when he even younger.

Has Wilson been given a couple chances? He has, but this is a business, not truly a sport anymore.  If you have a chance to buy low, you do it and see what happens.
