The NY Giants are off to a winless start, unfortunately with the easiest part of the schedule already in the rearview mirror

The NY Giants are in the midst of another disastrous, and particularly disappointing 0-3 start to the season.

Worse than losing in consecutive weeks to opponents with a combined 2-4 record through the first three weeks, is the fact that despite signing Kenny Golladay in free agency and drafting Kadarius Toney in the first-round, the Giants‘ offense remains among the least productive in the league.

Unfortunately for head coach Joe Judge‘s NY Giants, the “easy” part of the schedule is over. The NY Giants now face the toughest schedule in the NFL the rest of the way, while trying to find some sort of offensive identity, and find its first win.

So, when will the NY Giants’ first win of the season come?

Here are our game-by-game predictions for when the NY Giants will win their first game of the 2021 NFL season

Week 4 – NY Giants at New Orleans Saints

Saints team offense ranking: No. 31

Saints team defense ranking: No. 6

Analysis:

As the Saints aim to find some sort of offensive identity around quarterback Jameis Winston, the defense is carrying the banner.

This is a difficult spot for the NY Giants, given that this will be the Saints’ first home game back inside the Caesars SuperDome since Hurricane Ida rocked New Orleans, but Dennis Allen’s defense is allowing only 304 yards and 14 points per game. Conversely, the NY Giants have scored more than 14 points only once so far this season.

A hostile atmosphere. A swarming defense. Seems like a daunting task for the NY Giants to overcome.
