After another 0-3 start for the Giants this season, alongside multiple injuries to key players. Some members of the team are primed to step up and have a big game. While some may continue to struggle.

The NY Giants seek their first win of the season, and to try to build some momentum as the month of October begins with a clash against the high-flying New Orleans Saints, in the super-charged Caesars SuperDome.

Will this be the week that Saquon Barkley breaks out? Is Kadarius Toney’s time now to shine?

Here are 3 things to expect in this NY Giants Week 4 matchup against the Saints

Number 1: Increased targets to Kadarius Toney

After injuries to Sterling Shepard and Darius Slayton, first round pick Kadarius Toney should be coming into this week as the 2nd WR on the depth chart.

After a career high 66% of snaps played, alongside 3 targets for 2 receptions for 16 yards in week 3 against the Falcons, all career highs. Toney should be primed to have another career game.

That is, if Jason Garett utilizes him properly.

As we saw in week 3 after Shepard and Slayton went down, new addition Collin Johnson led the team in targets.

Toney could be an excellent player in the slot. With the combination of his speed and agility he can be dangerous in the open field.

With the Giants only having 5 active receivers this week there are absolutely 0 excuses for Jason Garrett to not include Toney in the game plan.
