NY Giants first-round pick Kadarius Toney broke out last Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.

Toney caught 10 passes for 189 yards, while flashing all kinds of elusiveness and playmaking ability in the open-field, before being ejected late for throwing a punch.

Given that Kenny Golladay is out for Sunday’s game, due to a knee injury, Toney likely could see an even more significant share of the targets in the NY Giants’ passing game.

In all likelihood, the NY Giants are going to be playing from behind for much of Sunday, given the talent discrepancy on these two rosters, which could lead to even more opportunities through the air.

It will be incumbent on NY Giants offensive coordinator Jason Garrett to scheme opportunities for Toney away from Rams’ All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey, though.

Look for Toney to once again be the spark to the NY Giants’ offense, both because of his dynamic playmaking ability and because New York could be leaning heavily on the pass against the Rams.
