Daniel Jones did not help the NY Giants’ cause against the LA Rams, during a 38-11 loss that dropped New York to 1-5

The NY Giants had one of their worst offensive showings in a while in Week 6.

New York scored three points on their first drive of the game, and didn’t score for another two and a half quarters, until midway in the fourth quarter with the game far out of hand.

Sunday’s game was a poor showing all around, that included two turnovers on downs, one fumble, three interceptions, four punts.

Daniel Jones again did not throw any touchdowns.

Only four passing touchdowns through six weeks isn’t going to cut it in the modern-day NFL.

Jones struggled with pass protection from the outcry as he got drilled on the game’s first play from scrimmage. He was running for his life most of the day much to the dismay and loud boos from the Giants’ angry fanbase.

It’s quickly become a mob of negativity in New York as the losses mount up with two in a row and five of the season’s six opening games.

Daniel Jones needs to bounce back next week with a winnable game against the Panthers. It will be ugly, but a brutally honest week of looking at the film and seeing what went wrong for the Giants and their starting quarterback.

Here’s a report card for the NY Giants’ QB in Week 6.
