The NY Giants’ losing skid came to a halt, in a blowout win over the Carolina Panthers that was led by Daniel Jones’ versatility and consistency
The NY Giants are back in the winning column.
After a 1-5 start, the Giants have at least given themselves another week to survive in the now hyper-competitive NFC and NFC East.
The Washington Football Team and Philadelphia Eagles both lost Sunday, while the Cowboys are on bye.
Suddenly, following a 25-3 blowout win, the NY Giants are within striking distance.
Daniel Jones played a cool, comfortable game with some highlight plays and some drives ending with points. The NY Giants scored 25 points but they could easily have scored 30+ Sunday with points left on the board due to missed opportunities.
Jones was 23/33 for 203 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions.
The NY Giants utilized Jones on Sunday as not just a running QB, but as a three-dimensional offensive threat with some wide receiver action as well.
New York won, Jones avoided any turnovers, and was only sacked two times that were insignificant when looking back on the game.
