Daniel Jones Best Moment of The Day

Daniel Jones capped off a NY Giants in the 3rd quarter that was easily the most fun and entertaining drive of football in MetLife Stadium all season.

Jones started the drive off with a 15-yard hookup with Darius Slayton. Jones then picked up a 3rd & 12 with a nifty floater pass over the top to Devontae Booker in space for a first down. On the next play, things got funky.

The Giants set up in shotgun with Booker next to Jones and Dante Pettis wideout to his left. Jones handed the ball off to booker who then flipped a literal backward to a cutting Pettis behind him. the Giants ran their own version of the ‘Philly Special’ and came out with an awesome play. Jones deceived the defense and went out downfield to catch a pass. Pettis hit him in stride and made his own OBJ impression and snagged a one-hander and took a big hit falling to the ground.

This play juiced up the stadium, the offense, and the team. It was sorely missing from the game and much needed. The New York New York Special worked and was an instant boom for the entire team.

The NY offense further marched down the field. Later in the drive, Jones connected with Dante Pettis for a 5-yard TD pass for the Giants’ first touchdown of the day. It was an exciting drive that was capped off with six points. if only every drive could look that way, the NY Giants would have a much different outlook right now.
