Nicholas Petit-Frere (78) has grown from 265 pounds as a freshman to 315 as a junior and this season has moved from right tackle to left tackle.Ceb Osu21min Kwr 68 /

Nicholas Petit-Frere – OT, Ohio State

Petit-Frere is one of the premier offensive tackles in this year’s class, and a likely high first-round pick.

At 6-foot-5 and 315 pounds, Petit-Frere is a dominant force up front, with the kind of explosiveness and athleticism necessary to anchor an offensive line.

Petit-Frere has high-end footwork, wins at the point of attack with an explosive first-step in the running game and anchors extremely well in pass-protection, which will serve him well against some of the NFC East’s top edge rushers.

Prior to his injury, Andrew Thomas was playing some of the best football of his two-year career. Pairing Thomas with Petit-Frere might wind up being a solid foundation for the NY Giants’ offensive line for the next half-decade.
