NY Giants QB Daniel Jones:

While Daniel Jones didn’t fill up the stat sheet against the Raiders, he played a great game when you consider how bad the play calling from NY Giants offensive coordinator Jason Garrett was this game.

Jones finished the game completing 15 out of his 20 passes for 110 yards and 1 TD.

Jones’s touchdown pass came on the game’s opening drive. On 2nd and 5 on the Raiders 30 yard line the NY Giants ran a play-action pass where Jones looked deep and delivered a beautiful pass to Evan Engram, who leaped over his defender for a TD.

However, after this drive the NY Giants committed to running the football, and even when they did pass, Garrett did not give Jones many opportunities to score.

Overall, Jones played a very clean game, and was a huge factor in helping the NY Giants secure their second victory in the last three games.
