#7 Most Winnable Game: Week 14 @ Los Angeles Chargers

The Giants’ Week 14 contest in LA will be a tough game by any means.

They will travel across the entire country, they’re facing one of the league’s most talented young QBs, and the Giants haven’t beat the Chargers in 23 years.

New York has never had much luck playing the Chargers. They haven’t beat them since 1998, and hope this year will put an end to that ugly figure.

It will be good to size up Daniel Jones vs. Justin Herbert.

Herbert could have been the NY Giants’ pick where Jones was selected, had he declared a year earlier as expected. The NY Giants also passed up the opportunity to choose Herbert in 2020, instead, tabbing left tackle Andrew Thomas No. 4 overall.

Herbert has been nothing short of spectacular in LA and would’ve been a good fit in New York.

LA has some serious firepower all over their roster.

From Herbert to Austin Ekeler, Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, to Joey Bosa and Derwin James, there are incredible players littered all over their roster. Add in budding rookie superstars like Rashawn Slater and Asante Samuel Jr., it’s interesting to wonder how they’ve would fit on the Giants as well. Slater was an often-mocked player to the NY Giants during the draft season last year, as was Winfield in the secondary for a 2nd round target.
