Round 6, pick No. 184: Peyton Hendershot, TE, Indiana

Hendershot has developed into a reliable weapon in Indiana’s passing game over the past three seasons, and could step into a similar role with the NY Giants.

Given Evan Engram’s uncertain future and Kyle Rudolph’s disappointing and inconsistent first season with the NY Giants, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see New York invest in the tight end position next spring.

Hendershot, 6-foot-4 and 254 pounds, caught 46 passes for 543 yards and four touchdowns this season, while hauling in 14 touchdowns during his collegiate career as a top target in the Hoosiers’ offense.
