NY Giants’ Defense:

Last time the Giants played the Cowboys, they surrendered 44 points in a Week 5 blowout loss.

However, the NY Giants defense has improved dramatically from the start of the season. Yet, due to multiple members of the defense suffering injuries and COVID issues, the defense could be in big trouble.

As previously mentioned, the NY Giants only have five active defensive backs as of right now, and with the Cowboys having a star-studded offensive arsenal, the NY Giants defense has to pull a miracle to succeed.

Another possible dent to the NY Giants defense is the injury to Leonard Williams. Williams suffered a triceps injury during last week’s game against the Chargers. After tests revealed the injury was not as serious as originally thought it was, it is still unknown if Williams will be good to go this week.

On the season, the Dallas Cowboys offense ranks 6th in passing yards, 8th in passing TD’s, 6th in rushing yards, and 18th in rushing TD’s. This is a truly elite Cowboys offense, the NY Giants are going to have a difficult time slowing them down. However, if they can manage to slow them down, their offense will have more chances to succeed. Which we all know they need.
