How might the NFC East be different in 2022?

New York Giants
The New York Giants are the team that could undergo the most change in 2022. And these changes could come at every level of the organization, from the roster to the head coach, to the front office itself.
The Giants will enter this off-season with two top-10 picks and a quarterback who can have his fifth-year option picked up. Whatever they choose to do will dictate the trajectory of this team for years to come.
And this is why a new general manager could come in to change things. The Giants have elected to stick with current general manager Dave Gettelemn since december of 2017. But the team time move on could finally be here.
If a new general manager is chosen, the Giants will more than likely clean house in other areas of the team as well. There are two spots where the most change could be made and that is at the quarterback position and at head coach.
A new GM could decide that it is just easier to hit the reset button. By moving on from both Daniel Jones and Joe Judge, the Giants could pair a new coaching staff with either a young quarterback through the draft, or by trading for a veteran. A prospect such as Liberty quarterback Malik Willis could be an intriguing option for this team.
Or they could stick with Daniel Jones and pair him alongside both a new head coach and a new offensive coordinator. Jones is still a young quarterback who hasn’t gotten the best opportunity to prove himself, whether that be because of injuries or play calling. One last trial run for Jones could also be in the cards. But whatever they choose to do will impact this team.
The NY Giants could also very well be in the mix for Wilson this offseason, which could jumpstart an overdue rebuild.
This could also lead to a ripple effect throughout the entire roster. The Giants have a large amount of money going to a small portion of the roster. Through either cuts or trades, a decent amount of these problems could be fixed. This team could look vastly different in 2022.
