Following an inconsistent rookie season, some wrote Thomas off as a bust in 2020, but the former No. 4 overall pick proved those detractors way wrong in 2021.

Despite battling through an ankle injury for stretches of this season, Thomas has been the lone stalwart along the NY Giants’ offensive line.

Thomas has only allowed one sack in 608 snaps this season, while producing an 81.9 pass-blocking grade from Pro Football Focus and a 78.2 overall mark.

The NY Giants’ offensive line legitimately faces uncertainty at four positions as this offseason approaches. But, Thomas’ breakout season at left tackle shows that he is most certainly not one of them.
