Daboll has been one of the more sought after head coaching candidates the past two hiring cycles, and for good reason.

The Buffalo Bills have been among the more prolific offenses and Josh Allen has emerged as one of the NFL’s premier quarterbacks, under Daboll’s tutelage.

As Buffalo’s offensive coordinator, Daboll has sheparded Allen from being a middling former first-round pick into a legitimate MVP candidate over the past two seasons. Winners of the AFC East for the second consecutive season, the Bills’ offense finished ranked No. 5 in the league, averaging 381.9 yards per game.
