3) Leslie Frazier

Some team, whether it’s the New York Giants or someone else, is going to look incredibly smart for giving Leslie Frazier his second head coaching opportunity.

Frazier guided the Bills to the No. 1 defense in the NFL this season, and even if his unit was unable to hold a lead over the final :13 against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Sunday Night’s AFC Divisional Playoff Game, he should be on the short-list for jobs across the league.

That Mahomes was able to exploit the middle of the Bears’ defense with a slant pattern from Travis Kelce to eventually lead to a game-tying field goal is call that will haunt Frazier and the Bills, but the fact remains that this defense in an era of high-flying offenses held opponents to a league-low 18.3 points per game this season.

Frazier’s blend of having a strong defensive background and prior head coaching experience makes him an attractive candidate.
