2) Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears could be on the cusp of losing All-Pro wide receiver Allen Robinson in free agency, and while Ross wouldn’t come close to filling the void left behind by Chicago’s top weapon in the passing game, he could be part of a committee of receivers around young quarterback Justin Fields.

Chicago enters this offseason with approximately $31 million in cap space, so the Bears can afford to go shopping at the top of the market.

But, if the Bears’ goal is to surround Fields with as many playmakers as possible, and give him some speed on the outside similar to what the Chiefs and Bengals have surrounded Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow with, Ross could be on new general manager Ryan Poles’ radar.
