1) Miami Dolphins

After choosing Jaylen Waddle in the first-round of last spring’s NFL Draft, the Dolphins are going to be aggressive in the receiver market, once again this offseason.

One thing is certain, the Dolphins are committed to moving ahead with Tua Tagovailoa as the franchise quarterback. That means continuing to add weapons who can blow the top off a defense to his arsental in the passing game.

Miami enters the offseason with a league-high $65.3 million in cap space, which means that no one is going to be able to outspend them. Perhaps Ross winds up on the Dolphins’ radar, as a complementary piece in a revamped passing game.
