New York Giants WR Kenny Golladay

Brought in a free agent to be an instant sparkplug for the receiving game, Kenny Golladay woefully underperformed in 2021.

At 6-foot-4, Golladay makes contested catches and is a great teammate. Sounds good, lets pay him $72 million for four years with $40 million guaranteed.

It did not work out for the New York Giants as that contract is easily the worst on the team, not to mention he did not produce.

Last season, Golladay’s first in East Rutherford, the veteran receiver caught only 37 catches for 521 yards with ZERO touchdowns, lacked effort on many plays; especially late, and yelled at his offensive coordinator.

The problem is Golladay is a $21 million dollar cap hit for the next three years. If he does not impress are the Giants willing to eat all that money? The thing is he is talented and hopefully Daboll can get more out of him than former coach Joe Judge.
