The New York Giants have added Bryan Cox and Kevin Wilkins to the coaching staff, under new defensive coordinator Don “Wink” Martindale

The New York Giants say the team has hired Bryan Cox and Kevin Wilkins to defensive coordinator Wink Martindale’s coaching staff.

A three-time Pro Bowler during a standout NFL career, Cox will work alongside defensive line coach Andre Patterson and have the chance to impart his wisdom from the experience of a stellar 12-year playing career to the likes of New York Giants defensive linemen Leonard Williams, Dexter Lawrence, and others.

Meanwhile, Wilkins will serve as a defensive assistant, in the same role that he occupied on Martindale’s staff last season with the Baltimore Ravens.
