3 Prospects the New York Giants could target if they trade back in the draft

The New York Giants could be one of the teams that are willing to trade back in the first round. In a draft class this deep, there are several elite prospects they could target later in the first.
The NFL is a drastically different place than it was just a week ago.
Through both free agency and trades, there was a move made every day that topped what anyone could have expected.
With each move, it led to people looking towards the draft.
As the quarterback dominoes have fallen, people will be forced to look at this year’s draft class. While this group has been labeled as “underwhelming”, there could be multiple teams who are willing to take a gamble on a prospect early in the first round.
With the New York Giants having two top-10 picks, they may be the perfect candidate for a team to reach out to about trading up.
If the Giants were to find the right deal, they could flip one of their picks into multiple top-100 selections, or add to next year’s war chest.
Big winner from the Matt Ryan trade is the Giants. The Panthers and Falcons are obvious landing spots for a rookie QB. Some team may want to trade up to #5 overall to get their QB1. NYG could likely still get the player they want at #7.

The new front office has already shown a willingness to make bold moves regarding this roster.
The recent release of veteran safety Logan Ryan only proves that they want to start over. What better place to do that than the draft?
Picking up as many picks as they can in a draft class that is as deep as this one would be a dream come true to most Giants fans. With glaring needs along both the offensive and defensive, this draft class has numerous players that will be able to come in and make an immediate impact. With how talented this class is, these players will be available regardless of where your picking within the first few rounds of the draft.
