It feels like only a matter of time before the NY Giants decide to part ways with star cornerback James Bradberry. While he’s been fantastic since joining the team, highlighted by Pro Bowl honors in 2020, there’s just no way the team can take on his cap hit of more than $20 million for next season.

A Bradberry release could be coming any moment and there’s certainly going to be plenty of teams who will be highly interested in adding his services. In this piece, we take a look at three organizations who would surely reach out to Bradberry, including an NFC East rival Giants fans no doubt wouldn’t want to see him suit up for.

3. Las Vegas Raiders

To start things off, though, the Las Vegas Raiders have been incredibly busy this offseason and it doesn’t look like they’re done just yet. The team made quite the splash on offense by trading for Davante Adams – one of the best wide receivers in the game. From that moment, the Las Vegas supporters have been fired up about this team’s potential to make big-time noise in the AFC West.

However, this team still needs to improve its defense, especially in a division that features Russell Wilson, Patrick Mahomes and Justin Herbert as opposing signal-callers. When you have that kind of talent your defense has to face off against, the secondary needs to be on point. Adding Bradberry to the mix of things would certainly answer the call in this case.

The Raiders were eyeing cornerbacks during free agency, but they weren’t able to go out and sign a sexy playmaker. Bradberry would most definitely fill a major need for this squad. Bradberry has the kind of abilities to battle with any receiver out there. He showcased time and time again how dependable he was for New York. The Raiders would be wise to pick up the phone as soon as possible if/when Bradberry becomes a free agent.
