3 cornerbacks the Giants can target to replace James Bradberry

3. Cornerback Kyle Fuller
Kyle Fuller appeared in 16 games for the Denver Broncos last season. He played in at least 45 snaps in 12 games and finished the season with a total of 719 appearances on defense. When on the field, Fuller’s play varied. His highest defensive grade of the season was 73.0, but his lowest was 26.4. These performances were separated by just one week of games. He allowed 100+ receiving yards in three matchups, but also allowed less than 55+ in seven.
He finished the season with 51 total tackles and four pass breakups. He was targeted 67 times, allowing 44 receptions and 642 total yards. It is worth noting that 357 of allowed yards came in three games. Excluding three bad games, Fuller wasn’t a bad corner last season. His body of work can still speak for itself.
By adding a player such as Fuller, the inconsistencies may just be worth it, especially when considering that he doesn’t have to be an every-down cornerback. As a seven-year veteran, Fuller has had the opportunity to learn the game and can perform. He has done enough to stick around this long and could be a solid addition to the defense for the Giants.
