1. OG Mark Glowinski
The Giants offensive line was the weakest link of their team in 2021. Much of their dismay could be blamed on the injuries their line faced. With a rebuilt group, the expectations will be vastly different for this group this season.
But, even with multiple massive additions to this offensive line, they are still fairly young. At both of the tackle positions, the Giants will send out two extremely young players. Left tackle Andrew Thomas has just begun to find his footing in the NFL. Right tackle Evan Neal will be entering his first year. The No. 7 overall pick will have all eyes on him as expectations are already through the roof.
With two young players on the outside of the line, the interior will be tasked with bringing the veteran leadership. Arguably the most important player of this unit will be offensive guard Mark Glowinski.
Glowinski, who was arguably the Giants most underrated offseason signing, is potentially their best player on the line. He has spent the last seven seasons improving as a guard and will look to continue to build on that this fall.
In 2021, he had one of the best seasons of his career. He posted an offensive grade of 70.1 according to PFF. He allowed just two sacks and eight quarterback hits. His veteran leadership will be looked for on this offensive unit.
