2. Saquon Barkley end zone grab
All eyes will be on Saquon Barkley as he heads into Year 5. Barkley is coming off of a 2021 season where he was still recovering from his torn ACL. On top of this, he was plagued with an ankle injury that kept him from really hitting his stride.
In 13 games last season, Barkley ran for 593 rushing yards and two touchdowns. He added another 263 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 41 receptions.
After a down year, Barkley is now fully healthy and looks to return to the form that he once regularly showcased. Within this new offense, he should be regularly utilized as both a runner and a receiver. This route and catch by Barkley showcased that.
Having a receiving weapon out of the backfield will be huge for this offense. Barkley has consistently proven himself as a pass catcher and this sort of clip should further showcase his potential.
Throughout his entire career, Barkley has totaled 190 receptions, 1,482 receiving yards, and eight receiving touchdowns. That number should see a drastic increase this season.
