5. Wan’Dale Robinson is going to open up the field

Another player who has been tremendous for Daboll and Co. has no question been second-round pick Wan’Dale Robinson. When the G-Men selected the Kentucky product, people were bashing Schoen for reaching on the youngster. This pick wasn’t going to work for the Giants, people claimed in frustration.

Robinson has made his haters eat their words, as he’s been on point at camp. Not only that, but his versatility being able to run the ball too has been great to see and Daboll/Kafka will surely get creative in getting him the rock. Defenses are probably going to have trouble keeping an eye on him at all times.

With Robinson’s wheels and versatility, Giants fans should be ready to see him play a huge role for the O this fall and winter. He may not be the biggest guy in the world checking in at 5-8, but don’t let his short stature fool you. Robinson is a certified baller and he’s going to be fun to watch during his rookie year.
