1. WR Kenny Golladay

Following a putrid performance against the Patriots, couple with a not-so-great training camp, many NY Giants fans have called for Kenny Golladay to be traded from the team, as the effort and level of play he displayed was very poor.

Whether it be his lack of release/effort on a fade route, or his lazy route running on a would-have-been TD throw, the level of effort Golladay showed was inexcusable and his drop against the Patriots had people fuming.

This lack of effort has been something that’s plagued Golladay all training camp. It is unknown as to whether he is dealing with some sort of injury, or is just flat out not trying. Regardless, Golladay needs to improve, or folks will continue to call for him to either get sent out of town, or to the bench.

Golladay ended the game vs. New England with one catch for six yards. While it is obviously the preseason, the amount of times he was targeted compared to his catches is quite worrisome. In order to earn the respect of the fans back, Golladay must work quickly to fix this lack of effort and determination. A good way to start would be this week against the Bengals. We’d love to see a TD from the wideout. It’s time to live up to that four-year, $72 million deal.
