Andrew Thomas is a freak of nature, that’s what NY Giants fans out there already now. Time and time again, the massive left tackle has made opposing defensive linemen look like they have no business in the NFL thanks to his incredible power. It’s been fun to watch and things are only going to get better for him in 2022.

Need further proof of that? On practice Thursday, Thomas was going hard at work during drills and he quite literally looked ready to move a mountain. Indeed, Thomas put on a show and people are going to be talking above the video below for a while:

NY Giants OT Andrew Thomas is ready for a big 2022

Yup, that’s just insane from Thomas, who has been spectacular throughout training camp. Thomas underwent ankle surgery in the winter and while some people have been worried that things will linger into ’22, it’s clear that the massive hoss is back to full speed and he’s ready to make a statement this campaign.

Unfortunately for the G-Men, the offensive line unit is a bit banged up right now, but the hope is that all five starters will be good to go for the showdown with the Tennessee Titans in less than a month. Thomas will of course be handling the LT duties, while Shane Lemieux will be next go him at LG, Jon Feliciano will be at center, Mark Glowinski will man the RG spot and No. 7 overall pick Evan Neal will be at LT.

That’s what Brian Daboll is hoping to see come Sept. 11 in Nashville, but Feliciano and Lemieux need to get healthy by then. As for Thomas, he’s the leader of this group and he’s most definitely going to be taking Neal under his wing to help the rookie get used to things during his first season. Who better to mentor him than Thomas?
