1. WR Alex Bachman

In  the win over the Patriots, we didn’t really see much out of Alex Bachman. He only caught two passes for 17 yards in the entire game. However, this week was completely different, as we saw the undrafted receiver out of Wake Forest explode onto the scene. He ended up catching a ridiculous 11 passes for 122 yards and 2 TDs, including the game-winning TD catch with 35 second left in the game.

Bachman played at an incredibly high level this game, looking like a man amongst boys. If he is able to continue this high level of play into the next game against the Jets, he will surely have a strong chance of making the roster – or at least locking in a spot on the practice squad.

There is just something about seeing players like Bachman and Williams that really excites the fanbase. These are the guys that go out and work hard and have the ‘bring your lunchpail to work’ kind of a mentality. Bachman stole the show in the win over the Bengals and he could be ready for more big things going up against the Jets.
