Hearts dropped this week when standout outside linebacker Azeez Ojulari went down with a calf injury at the end of the joint practice with the Jets. With the team running sprints, Ojulari came up lame and had to be helped off the field by two trainers.

Luckily, Ojulari has been listed with a calf injury and it’s considered day-to-day. With this, it’s not looking like he’s going to be missing an extended period of time. With that said, Ojulari also missed part of camp with a hamstring injury.

The fact that we now have to worry about a calf injury for him as well is not what anyone wanted to see. Ojulari and Thibodeaux’s status for Week 1 is up in the air. If the Giants don’t have both playmakers out on the field, the Tennessee offense will most certainly look to take advantage of that.
