3. Saquon Barkley sparks life in the Giants offense

There’s no question that the NY Giants and Saquon Barkley both want the 2018 OROY to flourish in Daboll’s offensive system. We caught a glimpse in 2018 of what Barkley is capable of, but he’s battled some injuries and missed more than a few games. Despite the injuries, the fifth-year pro has came out and said he feels more confident in himself this season.

A fully healthy and confident Saquon is exactly what the team needs. Additionally, he’s got a lot to prove this season. It’s a contract year for Saquon, and depending on how well he plays, he could see himself signing a new long-term contract after the season. Look for Barkley to be involved in both the run and pass game. Brian Daboll won’t hold anything back if he knows that his starting running is 100 percent.
