NY fans really are letting Daniel Jones have it on social media

If you take a look on Twitter, people indeed are going after Jones. The first quarter was rough for him, as he couldn’t power the G-Men to a single first down. That’s just not going to get the job done and he’s got to start slinging the ball around a little better.

Again, people were excited to see Jones in this new offense. The expectation was that he’d be able to operate things smoothly to open the year and make offensive coordinator Mike Kafka look smart. So far, that’s a big swing and a miss.

Those are only a few examples of the kinds of tweets that are being sent Jones’ way. It’s going to be a long day for him unless Kafka starts calling some better plays to help him out too. Matter of fact, this could be a terrible sign of things to come for the G-Men. While Tennessee is a good team, it’s not like they’re invincible. Leave it to the Giants to make them look like Super Bowl contenders.
