Saquon Barkley (-110)
Barkley is the engine that makes the Giants go. He leads the NFL in rushing yards through two weeks and should maintain his high volume in a critical matchup.
The Cowboys’ strong defense won’t hold him down, and I love Saquon’s chances to get in the end zone on Monday.
Tony Pollard (+240)
While Ezekiel Elliott still leads the Cowboys’ backfield in carriers, Pollard is clearly the better receiving option between the two. He caught four-of-seven targets in Week 2 for 55 yards, but also gained 4.8 yards per carry with a TD on the ground.
New York’s strong pass rush will force the ball out of Cooper Rush’s hands quickly, increasing the likelihood Pollard will get quick passes out of the backfield. I think it’s more likely Pollard scores than Zeke, and Zeke is listed at +150. Thus, we’ve got value with who I think is the better running back in Pollard.
Richie James (+440)

James is the Giants’ starting slot receiver while Wan’Dale Robinson is hobbled, and the Cowboys allowed the fourth-most receptions and yards to slot receivers in 2021. They surrendered the sixth-most TDs as well, so I love the value on New York’s leading receiver to find the end zone for the first time.
