2. WR Kadarius Toney

It’s been a slow start to the 2022 season for Kadarius Toney. For some reason he has not seen as much playing time as other Giants WRs like David Sills and Richie James, who leads the Giants in receiving yards after two weeks. There’s obviously more going on behind the scenes that we don’t know about and maybe that’s a big reason why his playing time has been limited compared to others.

Toney missed seven games for the Giants last season. He had multiple injuries that left him sidelined. The first-round pick was listed as limited for Thursday’s practice because of his hamstring injury and he’s since been labeled as doutbful for MNF – that’s not good.

After two weeks of the regular season, Toney has two rushes for 23 yards and two catches for zero yards. It’s tough to see him get limited snaps as he’s one of the most elusive players the Giants have. Daboll has to find a way to get Toney more involved in the offense. He’s too good to not be contributing.
