1. The fans at MetLife will do their part
The Giants will be busting out their famous color rush jerseys on Monday night. In order to create a crazy environment, Daboll and a couple of the Giants most important players, including Lawrence and Julian Love, have asked Giants fans to wear white to the game to match the Giants jerseys, to form a MetLife Stadium “white out.” With the Giants being 2-0, playing against their most hated rivals, MetLife Stadium will be sold out, and feel like a college atmosphere.
Penn State, Barkley’s alma mater, famously hosts a white out game every year, and while MetLife won’t get quite to that level of energy on Monday Night, it won’t be to far off.
The Giants are a very young team, who play with a lot of passion and energy, and that resonates in New York City. The crowd will be buzzing with excitement and play a big factor in the game. The MetLife Giants crowd gets criticized for being too quiet, but in arguably the biggest game the Giants have played in the stadium in some time, the crowd will be louder than ever before.
If the Giants crowd can stay consistently loud, it will force the Cowboys to utilize a silent count. With a shaky, young offensive line, and a backup quarterback, you better believe the Cowboys will have communication problems if the Giants faithful stays loud. The energy is back in New York, and the Giants will be 3-0 come Tuesday morning.
