Could this potentially be the last game we see Kenny Golladay donning a New York Giants uniform? On Monday, Ian Rapoport shared the news that the G-Men could look to part ways with Golladay if things didn’t improve for him with the team. The Monday Night Football loss for NY was only made worse thanks to a late drop from Golladay and it’s all people are talking about.

For the second consecutive week, Golladay finished with no receptions. That’s right, another empty showing for the guy who is on his four-year, $72 million deal. People all over NY have had it with Golladay. They want him traded or released (despite the massive dead cap hit) as soon as possible.

NY Giants fans want Kenny Golladay out of town

Part of you might want to feel bad for Golladay, as he was seen visibily upset at himself after his brutal drop/performance. At the same time, though, he’s paid millions of dollars to make a simple catch. Had he hauled in the ball from Daniel Jones, he may have been able to keep moving forward and gotten a first down.

If anything, that drop from Kenny G was a perfect representation of his time in the NFC East. When he arrived to the Giants last offseason fresh off inking his mega-deal, everyone thought he’d flourish with the team. Instead, Big Blue nation wants nothing to do with him moving forward.

Brian Daboll probably has zero to little trust left in Golladay right now. After his embarrassing drop, he wasn’t out on the field for NY’s next drive.

Instead, Darius Slayton, another player who has seemingly had one foot out the door for a while now, was out there. Golladay said last week that he wasn’t happy with his lack of playing time. Now what does he have to say?

There’s no defending his performance during Monday Night Football. He’s just not a good fit for the Giants and the new regime clearly isn’t going to just trot him out there because he’s on an unreal contract. Thousands and thousands of people are calling for Golladay to be off this roster sooner than later. It’s on Joe Schoen and the front office to make that happen.
