4 changes the NY Giants must make vs. Cowboys for Thanksgivng Day revenge
2. NY will need to make Dak Prescott’s life uncomfortable
In Week 3, the Giants took on Rush, but unless he gets injured again, Dak Prescott will be the starting signal-caller come late November. While Jones was running for his life and facing constant pressure from the Dallas D, the same can’t be said for Rush, as he was given all the time in the world to make plays.
This obviously was a bummer, as Wink Martindale’s defense welcomed back both Azeez Ojulari and Kayvon Thibodeaux. With those two star pass-rushers back in the saddle, there was hope that multiple sacks would be recorded by the two on Rush: that wasn’t the case. That can’t be the case later on in the season.
When Prescott takes the field, he has to know that the G-Men will be in his face all night. The Thanksgiving matchup can’t feature the Dallas offensive line manhandling the NY pass-rushers all contest. Prescott is going to have to be taken down several times behind the line of scrimmage for NY to have a chance in this one. We think the Giants will indeed be able to get that job done.
