3. The offensive line steps up

Nothing will humble a group of professionals more than being embarrassed for 60 minutes on national television. The Giants offensive line was porous on Monday night, allowing 24 quarterback pressures and five sacks. They got trolled on social media for their abominable performance and rightfully so.

Evan Neal has dealt with typical rookie struggles, while Jon Feliciano and Mark Glowinski, the two veteran anchors of the offensive line, got beaten up in the Dallas loss. Andrew Thomas however, is the building block of the Giants offense, and right now is the best offensive lineman in football. According to PFF, it isn’t even close.

While Robert Quinn is a good pass-rusher, the rest of the Bears defensive line leaves a lot to be desired. After the embarrassing performance on Monday night, the Giants offensive line will be angry, nasty, and physical Sunday, all the qualities that offensive line coach Bobby Johnson preaches.

This will be the best the offensive line performance of the season, and Jones will not be brought to the ground by the team from Chicago.
