3. Seeing an improved pass rush

An inability to consistently pressure the opposing quarterback is a problem the Giants have had for a while now. They’re a team that will fight to get a crucial third down, only to get beat on a play where a half decent pass-rush could have effected the QB in some way.

Returning to the lineup in Week 3 were Azeez Ojulari and Kayvon Thibodeaux who are the Giants two best pass-rushers. Ojulari and Thibodeaux were both on snaps counts to ease them back into being 100 percent themselves.

Thibodeaux played about 58 percent of the defensive snap and Ojulari played 47 percent. NY is averaging just one sack per game this season which ranks 30th in the NFL. Chicago and NY both have a top 15 defense through 4 weeks. In order for the Giants to record a win against Chicago, they’ll need to put some pressure on Fields. We think they’ll be able to do just that.
