4 most important plays that helped the NY Giants beat the Packers

3. TE Daniel Bellinger scores on a brilliant play
The NFL’s official twitter account dubbed this play the London Reverse, but I think we need to call it the New York Special. With the Giants near the goal line with heavy personal in the game, the Packers clearly expected a run. The Packers loaded 10 defenders in the box, so Mike Kafka decided to cook up some fancy trickery to stretch the field.
Jones snapped the ball and pitched it to Saquon Barkley, who tossed it back to tight end Daniel Bellinger. Bellinger was clearly looking to throw the ball back to Jones, but he saw a defender lurking near the quarterback, so he decided to tuck it and run the football into the end zone.
Bellinger has been quite impressive these season, and quite frankly the Giants best receiving threat (other than Slayton on Sunday). The savvy move to just keep the football and run was the best and most impactful play Bellinger has been part of this season.
The trick-play touchdown cooked up by Kafka cut the deficit to seven, and inspired the young Giants to make their third second half comeback of the season.
