2. A healthy Saquon Barkley continues to dominate

There are no doubts that Saquon Barkley is the best, and most consistent player on the NY Giants offense outside of Andrew Thomas. However, during the team’s last game against the Packers, Barkley missed some time due to a shoulder injury he sustained after taking a hard tackle from De’Vondre Campbell.

Despite this, Barkley still came back into the game and made a huge difference. Even with this in mind, Barkley did not have a single full practice this week. While the Giants are not listing him on the injury report, there is still a chance this shoulder issue comes back during the game.

The good thing about this injury, though? It is Barkley’s shoulder, so even if it is not 100%, it should not have an impact on his agility. Regardless, we’re talking about Barkley. All it takes is one hole to open up and he is gone. It will all come down to the offensive line and if they can create some gaps for Barkley. If that happens, he can have a huge game.

Even if the line struggles, we know what Barkley is capable of in the open field and in the passing game. There is a very good chance that we are in for yet another masterclass out of Barkley this week.
