NY Giants trading for Jerry Jeudy would free him of his Russell Wilson nightmare
With us now less than two weeks away from the trade deadline getting here, football fans are seeing more and more big names mentioned as possible targets for teams. The NY Giants 100 percent need some receiver help, as Daniel Jones needs some more options on the outside if the organization wants the good vibes from its 5-1 start to keep going.
Enter Jerry Jeudy? The campaign has been a disaster for the Denver Broncos, as Jeudy was seen incredibly upset during overtime of the loss against the Chargers on Monday night football. He and Russell Wilson aren’t on the same page, but things could change for him with Danny Dimes. We’d love to see Joe Schoen make a run at trading for him.

NY Giants trade rumors keep heating up and Joe Schoen must be aggressive
Ryan Dunleavy of the NY Post mentioned Jeudy as a target and it has plenty of fans talking on social media. Out of Alabama, Jeudy was selected with the No. 15 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft and people all over Denver were hyped up about his potential. In what was a huge WR class that year, Jeudy was no question the No. 1 option.
He impressed with his 856 receiving yards during his rookie campaign, but his production dropped in 2021 – he posted 467 yards. With Wilson now as his signal-caller, everyone expected Jeudy to play at a Pro Bowl level in 2022, but he’s been limited to just 17 receptions for 290 yards and two touchdowns in six games.

His anger showcased on the sidelines during Week 6 still has plenty of people talking, which is why more and more trade rumors surrounding his name have also arrived. There are numerous WR-needy squads out there and the G-Men are certainly on the list.
Jeudy may not be living his best life with the Broncos right now, but a change of scenery could help get him back to a strong level of play. From our chair, he could be a playmaker at MetLife Stadium working with Jones and new offensive coordinator Mike Kafka. If Schoen can find a way to make this happen, countless Big Blue supporters would be all for it.
