1. RB Kenneth Walker

This matchup could very well be decided by the two players carrying the ball for their teams. Giants running back Saquon Barkley has returned to his superstar form. But the Seahawks have their own star in the backfield with rookie running back Kenneth Walker.

Since veteran running back Rashaad Penny was lost for the season due to a broken fibula in Week 5, Walker has stepped into the RB1 role. In his limited time on the field, he has looked like one of the best running backs in the NFL.

Over the last three weeks, since he became RB1, Walker has rushed for 353 yards and four touchdowns. Over the last two games, his first two as the RB1, he has rushed for 265 yards. This is the most in the NFL over that time.

The Giants defensive front, led by Dexter Lawrence, has struggled to stop the run at times. Over the last two weeks, they have allowed 353 yards on the ground.

Much like Barkley, Walker can create plays out of nothing. He will make defenses pay if they are not careful. If the Giants hope to move to 7-1, that starts with slowing him down. If the Seahawks can’t move the ball on the ground, the offense as a whole will be forced to change their approach.
