2. WR Darius Slayton

Darius Slayton has been slightly inconsistent this year, but could finally be ready to step up on the depleted Giants receiving corps. Slayton made many headlines for New York during his rookie season, going for 740 yards and eight touchdowns. The year after, he finished with 751 yards, but just three touchdowns.

Last season was a bit slow, finishing with just 339 yards. Over the past three games, Slayton has stepped up. He has finished with either five receptions or a touchdown in each game. Last week against Houston, he had three receptions for 95 yards and a touchdown.

Jones has been looking his way a lot more and getting more confident in the young wideout like he was in his rookie year. In Week 11, Slayton gets the weak Lions’ defense and could pull off a few long receptions and find the end zone. Slayton could be in for a solid rest of season and could be a decent flex play during bye weeks.
